Activity report of the Turrialba volcano

The Turrialba volcano since June 4 at 0330 has declined its level of seismic activity. Right now, the seismic activity of the volcano was dominated mainly by the appearance of tremor of low amplitude ( At dawn, a plume of steam and gas of about 500 meters above the summit is observed.
The stations of the National Meteorological Institute IMN, located at the top of the Irazu volcano (3331 m) and Turrialba (3343 m) indicate that the wind direction is north.

Yesterday and in the morning hours of today there has not been received reports of ash fall or sulfur odor perception

Definitions:
Volcanic tremors: seismic signal generated by the vibration produced by the passage of fluids (gas, water, or magma) into cracks and ducts inside the volcano.
