Wolf , îles Galápagos, Equateur : The eruption that began four weeks ago continues strongly

The eruption that began four weeks ago continues strongly, but from the location of the origin of the thermal signal, it seems that since about June 13 , the eruption is effective through vents inside the wide summit caldera rather than the cracks that are open on the upper flank ESE on May 25th

This could be because the dyke (the fissure inside the edifice serving channel for the magma) that powered the original eruption is simply spread into the floor of the caldera, or because a new dyke, so a second simultaneous eruption occurred.

Like judging by the thermal signal, the eruption continued with increased force since mid June
